AirPass provides airline broker representation for many leading broker companies in Europe. Our supervision services on behalf of the brokers are unequalled in Portugal.
We handle everything from smaller product launches to large events such as the Euro 2004 Football Championship, where we provided both teams and fans with the excellent service they deserved. We also handled the MTV Music Awards-Lisbon, successfully supervising and coordinating the arrival of all major stars and crews to the event.
We check-in all passengers using the DCS system. We also provide Boarding Control and Arrival Services for all our customers according to IATA regulations.
AirPass ensures that the SLA-agreements are scrupulously followed, providing useful feed-back on all pertinent issues that might need the airline's attention.
AirPass liaises with the handlers, local authorities and service providers in order to ensure an efficient overall service and total customer satisfaction.
